The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance of major attractions and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out and answer any questions we had. Another plus was the affordable price for the room which was a big factor in choosing to stay.
Although the price was affordable, the room was not up to standard. It lacked basic amenities such as a proper curtain for the shower and the bedsheets were worn-out. The bathroom was in need of renovation and was not very clean. Despite the friendly staff and convenient location, the room itself was disappointing.

I loved the central location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of all major attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and tried their best to accommodate my needs. They even brought me tea on a cold day! Additionally, the 24-hour reception desk was very handy.
Nothings.

The location of the hotel is central, close to many main sights and public transportation. there are plenty of stores, cafes, and pastry shops nearby. the rooms are clean and equipped with basic amenities, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Some guests even received free upgrades or tea on cold days.
Some guests reported issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including broken showerheads and clogged drains.

Had some great experiences visiting Istanbul over the Easter holiday. The first thing I loved was the fact that the hotel was in a really cool neighborhood within walking distance of all the main attractions. There were some really nice cafes and pastry shops nearby which I really enjoyed. Plus, the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They even brought me tea on a cold day which was very thoughtful.
The hotel was not up to standard. I had booked a triple room for myself and two friends, but we found that the room was not spacious enough for all three of us.
